Sales Admin

Qualification:

• Female, max 30 years old
• Min. bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields
• Min. 1 year of experience in the same role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
• Quick to learn, able to multitask and good time management skills
• Neat and systematic in reporting, documenting and archiving
• Proficiency in English is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make preparations for tender needs:
  • administrative documents, such as company legality documents, message attachments, and other documents according to Procurement Document Sheet;
  • technical documents, such as preparing Pre-sales data and Expert List;
  • Price documents, including but not limited to quotations and BOQ.
• Register tenders and update e-procurement
• Work closely with Account Managers throughout the Sales process
• Create Quotation Bond and Performance Bond
• Compare prices of different insurances according to customers’ contract requirements.
• Input, recap and submit to finance Account Managers and Sales’ entertainment fees.
• Remind Account Managers and Sales of outstanding claims in the Finance department.
