Sales Campaign Staff

Responsibilities

• Analyze shipper performance as the basis for a campaign idea
• Do Market research as an evaluation & idea gathering process for campaign improvement
• Create Campaign & Sales Program Idea that fit with the Indonesia market needs
• Gather the feedback from the Field Sales team & Shipper for campaign improvement
• Responsible for the campaign process start from preparation, approval up to evaluation
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the campaign & sales program runs smoothly
• Evaluate and create reports regarding the campaign performance with the insights that can be used by higher management for business-related decision
• Assist for the commercial deal creation
• Analyze shipper profile as the base idea for campaign creation

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Management or related field required
• Experienced working in logistics/FMCG/financial services, startup company exposure would be a plus
• Demonstrable experience in market research and data analytics
• Highly proficient in using MS. Excel and Google Spreadsheet, SQL and Python would be preferable but not essential
• Experienced in marketing and sales or research function
• Prior people management experience
