👑 Job Role

As an IT Support you will smooth operation of computer systems and ensure users get maximum benefit from them. You will install and configure computer hardware and provide IT support for the organization. You will be dealing directly with employees who have technical issues such as viruses and email issues, forgotten passwords and other technical issues.

Your area of responsibility are, but not limited to:

Procurement of goods

• Receive requests for procurement of goods according to company needs within the scope of the office and warehouse.
• Conduct analysis and evaluation of procurement of goods
• Make Purchase Orders of goods through the system (NetSuite)
• Follow up on procurement of goods (internal and vendor)
• Make sure the goods are well received
• Make payments and routine purchases

Assets maintenance

• Recording the asset code based on the classification of goods
• Scrap assets for damaged or lost items
• Record the transfer of assets when necessary
• Conduct stock taking / asset audit
• Perform periodic maintenance and repairs if needed
• Perform system installation and configuration
• Perform database maintenance and ensure system security
• Providing Information Technology assistance to Sayurbox employees

⛩️ Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Information Technology or relevant major.
• More than 4 year experience in IT Support or similar field
• Good problem solver
• Have experience in procurement of goods in every department
• Have the ability to organize and record purchases and maintenance transparently
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Effective communication and have good time management
• Understand lobbying and negotiation techniques
• Analytical Thinking
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
