Job Description :  

• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle systems
• Identify, understand and validate customer's pain points independently through qualitative and quantitative means
• Collaborate across different functions to deliver improvements (design, data, engineers) and sharpen requirements (business, marketing, operations)
• Able to exercise judgment and risk assessment in decision-making to ensure we always deliver bar-raising product quality
• Willing to do deep research and passion for innovating product solutions in order to solve customer problems customer pain points
• Craft and execute product roadmap- this includes scoping deliverables, defining timelines, prioritizing, and being accountable for the quality and timeliness of deliverables
• Define, and monitor team goal and OKR, aligning with customer needs, key initiatives, and stakeholders

Specific Requirements

• Preferably Bachelor / S1 in Computer Science / Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in product management and 1+ years of experience in leading other PMs
• High ownership, accountability, and self-initiative
• Sharp attention to detail and curiosity to frequently audit your products
• Confident and structured in communicating complex concepts/ideas
• Ability to influence and navigate through cross-functional teams
• Strong drive to make things happen
• Solid organization planning, leadership, team-building, and mentorship experience
