Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong business acumen to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager at PVG, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our payment technology projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure all assigned projects are delivered with high quality and match client requirement.
• Ensure all project team to have good environment in order to build proactive and independent project team.
• Identify critical issues/upcoming potential issues and provide effective solutions to achieve smooth project deliverables.
• Create practical innovations to improve internal or external project management activity.
• Ensuring project feasibility in terms of timeline, business and relevant scope.
• Empower team member to achieve their career development.
• Make sure all the projects are properly documented.
• Manage relationships with clients and other external parties.
• Support Department Heads on cross-functional projects timeline and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least have 2 years of proven experience as a PMO/Business Analyst/Strategy Associate or similar role.
• Good knowledge on scrum processes and agile methodology.
• Preferred from Banking/Financial Services/Payment/Technology/Software industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen - strict adherence to goals and financial objectives.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
