Assignment Description

• Monitor and contribute to contractors’ performance and make sure that all levels of planning on both TEG and SRU are updated weekly with the current status. 
• Assist contractor in making these two plans an integrated schedule, that can be used to make sure there is no planned overload on manning or workspace.
• Be an HSSE ambassador, ensure HSSE procedures are adhered to, and proactively strive for good HSSE and quality performance throughout the work.
• Contribute to an optimized and integrated project execution.
• Monitor progress on all activities, highlight irregularities and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor progress on deliverables from internal and external suppliers and Customers.
• Participate in group- and project meetings.
• Assist Contractor in resolving technical problems during the execution of building- or installation work at the construction site.
• Seek for continual improvement of work processes and products within own responsibility area.
• Contribute to interface up against relevant disciplines.
• Weekly reporting to Construction/ Site Manager
• Contribute to Lessons Learned, experience transfer and Close Out Report

Qualifications

• Theoretical and practical knowledge and understanding of Design and Fabrication. Knowledge to applicable project documents, standards, and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office, experience in use of planning software PrimaVera.
• Shall have experience from working in SE Asia.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering. 
• Relevant experience from similar positions in other oil & gas projects may make up for formal education.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
• English Fluent written and verbal communication
• Organized and independent, with good collaboration skills
• Proactive, service minded, and solution orientated
• Strong work ethics
