The company offers a range of services, including a peer-to-peer lending platform, mobile banking app, business accelerator, and research institute, all of which are based on sharia principles. Hijra has a presence in 482 cities across 32 Indonesian provinces through both commercial and social initiatives. The company's goal is to provide convenient, fair, and transparent access to sharia financing for the Muslim community and to support them on their journey to a more meaningful and impactful life.

👑 Job Role

In our company, we have organized our operations into three distinct tribes, each with its own set of responsibilities and focus areas. These tribes, namely Commercial & Ecosystem play integral roles in different aspects of our business operations, catering to various stakeholders and driving our mission forward through their specialized functions.

Shared Responsibilities:

Marketing and Relationship Management: Each tribe is responsible for marketing the company's financial offerings and fostering positive relationships with relevant stakeholders, whether they are partners, beneficiaries, vendors, or customers.

Differences:

Primary Focus:

  • Commercial: Focuses on acquiring new partners and beneficiaries, exploring financing needs, and assisting with financing applications on the ALAMI Platform.
  • Ecosystem: Concentrates on building and expanding the partner pipeline, acquiring vendor partnerships, and managing vendor financing applications. Financial Operations:

Financial Operations:

  • Commercial & Ecosystem: Involved in monitoring transactions, facilitating disbursements, and collaborating with the funding team.

Risk Mitigation:

  • Commercial: Works closely with the Risk Team to assess and mitigate risks associated with financing applications.
  • Ecosystem: Collaborates with external partners like Lendable to manage risk effectively.
  • Despite these distinctions, all three tribes work synergistically to achieve the company's financing targets while upholding high standards of service and compliance.

⛩️ Requirements

  • University Degree (minimum Bachelor/S1) in related majors;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial industry, preferably from Banking; • Good analytical skill and familiar with arranging Financing Proposal
  • Proficient in English and computer literate;
  • Highly motivated and innovative problem solving;
  • Excellent Communication skill.
