👑 Job Role

• Assisting in the development and execution for social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms, ensuring timely and positive interactions.
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and content creation, to align the efforts with overall business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for email marketing campaigns to reach a wider audience.
• Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and insights to the marketing team.
• Create comprehensive content plans for campaigns, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and marketing is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics & email marketing tools and strategies.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
