Sr. Payroll Staff (Hospital & Healthcare Industry)

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and manage payroll for a large number of staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Stay updated on tax PPH 21 regulations and ensure compliance in payroll calculations and deductions
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant stakeholders
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality and data security
• Assist in the preparation of payroll-related reports for management and regulatory purposes
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payroll management

Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization or hospital setting
• Strong understanding of tax PPH 21 regulations and experience in handling payroll for a large number of staff
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas
• Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information
• Familiarity with payroll software and systems is a plus
