Strategic Planning & Integration Head

Job Description:

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with agency goals and market trends
• Analyze industry data and client insights to identify growth opportunities and market differentiators
• Lead Integration Manager to understand business objectives and formulate strategic recommendations
• Provide insights and thought leadership to clients, positioning the agency as a strategic partner
• Create strategic planning, corporate pitching, and plan execution flow for the whole service in BDD
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention
• Mentor and lead a team of strategic planners and business development professionals
• Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within the team
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate strategic planning into overall agency operations
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making
• Conduct regular market analysis and SWOT assessments to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in strategic planning and business development within a digital agency or related industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
