Provide total technical support to customer in all channels (distributor, retail, project, end user)
Provide project service package to project channel, such as technical training, project check-in, regular visit, project check-out and related services
Prepare panel mock-up & site mock-up for customer based on request from Sales department
Conduct technical training to customer based on internal assessment, needs and inquiry
Give technical consultation to customer based on inquiry
Handle and analyze product-related issues, including on-site analysis and actuations
Create Root Cause Analysis for every complaint received and improvement plan to be implemented in the cross departments
1. Performs laboratory analysis with Factory Team for the product-related issues when needed Coordinate with related parties to establish corrective actions
2.. Provide solution for product-related issues to customer
3. Ensure satisfactory closure of complaints from customer
4. Actively participate in key phases of the sales process to prospects
5. Proactively prevent and solve problems of a technical nature occurring at existing customers
6. Attend the testing process as well as the implementation of new products and technologies
7. Develop and maintain relationships with customer in order to keep and extend the business
8. Deliver periodical progress reports, proactively submit information regarding trends within the market and provide recommendations regarding the improvements in the approach to the market
9. Monitor competitive activities at customers’ facilities
10. Promote the positive company reputation and develops long-term relations with customers. Hold and defend the values of the company
11. Fulfill expectations by meeting set KPIs and contribute to expected team performance standard
12. Assists TSQ department to achieve targets and goals with or without guidance from Technical Service & Quality Manager
13. Able to assist Technical Service & Quality Manager in order to do all scopes in TSQ department based on guidance from Technical Service & Quality Manager
1. Experience in Research & Development/Technical Service/Product Quality field from
2. Decorative Paint industry
3. Proficient with MS Office, expert in excel and powerpoint
4. Must speak English and Bahasa fluently
5. Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
6. Public speaking capability and ability to give training
7. Problem solving capability and ability to work independently
8. Fast learner
9. Multi-tasking capability
10. Excellent troubleshooting and organization skills
11. Must be willing to travel around Indonesia
12. Having valid A and C driver’s license
Minimum bachelor degree from Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Civil Engineering
