Job Responsibility Trainer Service Center客服中心培训主管 (Mandarin Speaker):

QUALIFICATIONS :
- At least a Bachelor's degree, majoring in electronics. 学历本科以上,电子相关专业优先。
- Experience as a trainer, electronics repair can be prioritized. 有培训,维修经验者优先考虑。
- Fluent in bilingual (Chinese, English, Indonesian) 双语流(汉语, 英语, 印尼语)
- Good at learning, able to pass on knowledge to others, and highly motivated; 善于学习,并能将知识传授给他人,上进心强;.
- Have a team spirit and proactive attitude, establish good relationships with subordinates, and work conscientiously and responsibly; 具备团队精神和积极主动的心态,上下建立良好关系,做事认真仔细负责;
- Able to bear responsibility and work hard, such as conducting training and supporting service center branches. 能吃苦耐劳,如蹲点培训、网点支援等。
- Willing to work in the orphan area and outside the island 愿意出差


JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. monitor and implement training on factory policy documents to employees 工厂政策文件的培训及执行落实监督
2. conduct training and followup to new employees 新员工入职培训安排及跟进
3. conduct followup on outstanding repairs (accepted, repaired), and take responsibility 跟踪全省各网点的未修复机器(已受理、已维修),并对结果负责
4. conduct service for counseling and followup to the branch that got the error 针对网点运营出现异常、各项指标未达标的网点进行出差辅导及跟进提升
5. resolve factory quality issues and fully complete all tasks of the service center manager 完全对接工厂品质反馈及售后经理安排的其他工作
6. collect quality issues from the field 市场口碑收集
