👑 Job Role

  • Develop and implement a training strategy to enhance the insurance literacy of sales partners and their customers.
  • Create a curriculum and materials that covers product knowledge, sales skills, claim procedure, and the importance of insurance.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a training team of approximately 10 staff members.
  • Train the training staff on the material and delivery methods for training sales partners.
  • Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance the competencies of the training staff.
  • Arrange the training team's schedule to deliver training sessions to sales partners effectively.
  • Monitor training results, analyze performance, and develop improvement plans.
  • Serve as a bridge between Production and sales partners to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Standardize and document organizational know-how to maintain service quality across personnel changes.
  • Create a mobile application for training management system to schedule and monitor training activities to enhance our training program's efficiency and effectiveness.

⛩️ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training software/tools.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
