Job Description

• Responsible for all aspects of the cafe operations
• Capable in completing all daily operations of the cafe, from coffee bar to waiter tasks
• Supervising junior staff and waiter to ensure exceptional customer service and high levels of quality is delivered throughout
• To be responsible for training new team members
• Responsible for the overall condition and maintenance of the cafe, both in terms of assets, respect of the equipment and overall profitability of the cafe
• Able to engage with customers, and represent the cafe with flair and professional etiquette at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in full-service cafe/restaurant industry
• Must have superior leadership capabilities, good communication skills, and able to work as a team
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and staff management
• Able to work well under pressure, be organized, flexible and self motivated
• Have passion, creativity as a store/cafe manager, and be a model manager in terms of skills, customer service and enthusiasm to share knowledge
• Motivated and have positive personality with a distinct focus on unique guest experiences
• Understand safety procedures

About the Company

Established in 2021, Tiembi, started from a homebrew coffee until last year in 2023 we’re opening our first Coffee Shop. With the fast growing coffee industry in Indonesia, our mission is to create a full customer experience where they can enjoy great coffee and delicious food with excellent customer service, as well as a homey ambience where they can feel Tiembi as their second home.
