Position Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial-minded Business Development/Sales Representative to join our dynamic startup team in Bali. This role is pivotal in driving B2B sales, fostering relationships, and growing revenue through the distribution of our premium specialty coffee products to businesses across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the acquisition of new B2B clients, including hotels, cafes, restaurants, offices, and retailers in Bali.
- Devise and execute strategic sales plans to surpass revenue targets by showcasing DeluxeCoffee's products and services.
- Cultivate and nurture strong partnerships with clients, tailoring solutions to meet their coffee needs effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns aimed at B2B clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Deep understanding of Bali's B2B market landscape and established networks in the region.
- Passion for specialty coffee and a genuine desire to champion high-quality coffee products.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
