Main Scope and General Purpose of Job:
Supports the Food and Beverage Service team by performing support duties including mise en place of food preparation, set up of functions, set up of food and beverage equipment, mini bar operations and assisting with the preparation of service.
Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards
Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Direct Responsibilities:
Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and
Procedures.
Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
Clean and maintain equipment and premises
Maintain hygienic standards and procedures
Mise en Place and Food Preparation
Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
Food and beverage stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
