Purchasing Supervisor

·      Coordinate with department heads to identify procurement needs and specifications.

·      Source suppliers, obtain price quotations, and evaluate vendor proposals.

·      Place purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.

·      Monitor inventory levels and anticipate demand to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.

·      Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.

·      Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
