Job Description:

We are seeking highly experienced candidates to apply for this position. The successful candidates will be highly organized and professional with an excellent overall knowledge of production and presentation of baked goods, being a key member of the bakery team in a professional kitchen .

Responsibilities :

· Train new bakery team embers on bakery techniques, recipes, and kitchen procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities

· Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies

· Participate in the production of baker items

· Ensure that all baker recipes are accurately documented, standardized, and followed by the baker team to maintain consistency across all menu items

· Oversee the care and maintenance of baker equipment

· Maintain open lines of communication with other kitchen staff

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years experiences at Baker CDP level

· Proficiency in English is preferred

• Excellent knowledge of bread and baked goods production
• Communication skills

Persyaratan minimum:

• Tersedia jam fleksibel
• Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
• Tanggal mulai kerja: 03 June 2024
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp10,000,000 per bulan
