Job Requirements: Minimal Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field Special Skill: - Career and Talent Management fundamentals Job Responsibilities: Career and Talent Management Activities: Maintain the data of future leaders' strengths, developmental opportunities, and succession readiness, to have reliable data for management decisions. Assist career & talent management section head to coordinate with the BCL&D division in executing development programs for the successor and evaluating the impacts. Assist career & talent management section head to monitor career path and job family implementation for all positions in BINUS. Coordinate with other units in human capital to have a comprehensive approach to assessing candidates' current performance and potential. Handle database maintenance and update that is used to make better staffing decisions for key job positions. Job Movement Process: Responsible for job movement process and procedures implementation. Conduct reference check process covers the mandatory requirement from the organization to review background materials (e.g. education checking (school transcripts, credit history), employment experience, etc.). Support career and talent management areas in designing career management policies and processes. Coordinate and monitor the job movement process. Review grade acceleration processes by supporting eligibility for grade acceleration. Provide recommendations for users related to job transfer/rotation/ promotion process. Arrange assessment schedule and coordinate it with talent assessment (assessor). Coordinate with the Reward & Benefits department in relation to the job movement process especially in need of salary adjustment for job promotion and acceleration/progression. Assist career & talent management section head to coordinate with BCL & D division in executing development programs for the successor and evaluating the impacts. Job Movement Operation: Ensure the readiness of supporting documents for job transfer/rotation/promotion (e.g. decree letter). Maintain up-to-date valid database use to support better staffing decisions for the key jobs position. Ensure the Talent Management module in SAP is effective, up to date, and well implemented. Management Support Activities: Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by managers. Provide periodic reports to the direct supervisor. Suggest improvement processes related to Career Management & Assessment activities (especially those that can cut time, effort, and cost). Perform activities related to Quality Management System. Record and maintain all documents related to Career Management & Assessment programs.
