• Supervising employees, including scheduling and assigning work, monitoring productivity and reviewing performance
• Analyzing and reporting production data

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree (S1/S2) in Biochemistry/Biotechnologyy/Agriculture
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tissue culture
• Good communication skills in English
• Management, supervision, and leadership skills
