• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand visibility across various online platforms.
• Implement effective digital campaign strategies to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Manage, develop, and conceptualize engaging marketing content including video testimonials, video ads, company profiles, employee branding, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors for video editing, providing feedback, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Analyze the performance data of digital campaigns and social media regularly to understand trends, identify opportunities, and make improvement recommendations.
• Represent the company in marketing materials such as videos, testimonials, and social media posts as needed.
• Regularly update and monitor social media channels, actively responding to comments and messages, and fostering community interaction.
• Stay updated about social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to enhance overall strategy.
• Support the coordination of marketing events and promotions.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Public Relation, Business, or a related field.
• Having 1-2 experience in digital marketing, content planning, using video editing tools, and navigating social media platforms.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable being in front of a camera.
• Creative thinker with the ability to align content with brand messaging.
• Willing to be Full WFO in Jakarta.
