The Role: As a Hiring Partner you will play a crucial role in assisting our diverse clientele in sourcing and onboarding the right candidates for their needs. This is not just a job; its an opportunity to build your own hiring practice within our framework leveraging our extensive network and resources.

Compensation: We offer an exceptional compensation model where you earn 50% of the one month salary of each candidate you successfully introduce and who is subsequently onboarded. Please note this role does not include a fixed salary aligning your success directly with your efforts and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients across various industries to understand their hiring needs.
• Utilize your recruitment expertise to source evaluate and present suitable candidates.
• Manage the endtoend recruitment process ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Stay abreast of global hiring trends and provide insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the recruitment field.
• Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
• Global recruitment experience with the ability to navigate and connect across all continents.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Selfmotivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
