Job Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree from any major
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Have minimal 1 year as HR Generalist would be advantage
• Excellent in English
• Able to use design application (Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimum awareness of Human Capital policies and regulations.
• Guarantee operational and service excellence in Human Capital Representative Department.
• Serve as liaison in terms of Human Capital policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports regarding Staff Absence, Staff Leave, and Formalities, etc. · Maintain all necessary records and file to support review/audit (e.g., Staff Leave Request & Approval, Brief Absence, Insurance Medical Forms)
• Process document and forms necessary for the implementation of various. Human resources policies, programs, plans, procedures, and practices.
• Settlement of Business trip or other expenses for employee working application process.
