Insurance Industry Sub Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales: Develop discussion materials and proposals (incl. story line and data analysis) to convince and agree with the clients.
• Business Analysis: Identify client’s business requirements/overall strategy and vision, and any opportunities (incl. problem solving and ideas) for efficiencies in existing process.
• Digital transformation: Hands on support for the digital transformation using innovative approaches to solve client’s issues based on experiences in Insurance industry.
• Research: conduct relevant research and create reports.
• Facilitation: facilitate client’s workshops to assess current state and convince the recommendations.
• Engagement: manage good quality of work products including timeliness and accuracy.
• Consulting skills and mindset: continuously and actively expanding consulting skills and professional development through training, mentoring and daily interaction with client and other colleagues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a Consulting firm.
• Having a solid network within the insurance industry.
• Project consulting experience within the insurance industry.
• Communication Skills to convey complex concepts and gain buy-in.
• Strong leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Human-centered design thinking, logical structuring, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint usage to present recommendations to client.
• Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
