IT Project Manager (Implementation) - Indonesia-based applicants only at Peakflo

5+ years of experience in customer facing roles in a B2B SaaS startup is required.

Hands-on working experience with ERP software is required.

Experience in planning and launching enterprise clients is required.

Experience of partnering with with Product and Engineering teams to conduct to ensure completion of System Integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance/load testing with quality results.

Prior Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable knowledge is an advantage.

What you’ll do

Interact with newly signed up customers and activate them by taking them through the onboarding steps

Understand finance team needs and provide tailored data-driven consultation.

Partner with Product and Engineering teams to conduct to ensure completion of System Integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance / load testing with quality results

Help customers who face any problems during their activation journey

Establish and maintain strong relationships with product delivery, the sales team, client and account managers.

Plan for a quarter ahead and develop an execution plan for projects and people in the team. 

Monitor and Track Projects to ensure the Scope is delivered within Budget and Schedule per plan. Also ensure the Value/ROI committed to the customer is delivered. 

Align with the recommended processes to ensure quality delivery with quality documentation.
