JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Presenting Unit Program as direction to achieve target, and translating functional strategy, narrowing Management Contract (KM) down, composing unit’s performance indicator.
• Achieving Unit’s target expansively by disseminating Unit’s Program to his/her team, formulating Individual Performance Target (SKI), allocating resource appropriately, implementing programs defined, monitoring and reviewing achievement of SKI periodically.
• Ensuring implementation of internal control and risk control consistently through monitoring directly towards all process, risk mapping, risk mitigation planning, creating risk report periodically.
• Developing and formulating a micro demand survey based on big data analysis and propose infrastructure fulfilment.
• Acting as counterpart in risk management in Units related to the Company's Risk Management Unit
• Coordinating the management of the Risk Register Unit (Prepare the Risk Register, Monitor the implementation of risk mitigation and Report on the implementation of risk mitigation that has been carried out

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting, Preferably Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting with minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 from reputable University. Related certification will be a strong advantage (FRM or CFA)
• Max 40 years old with 4-8 years’ experience in Accounting or Financial with significant Financial and Accounting experience.
• Have understanding with experience as follows:
  • good communication and able to establish relationships with various parties;
  • Can learn new things quickly;
  • Fluent in written and verbal English with a minimum TOEFL score of 500 or an IELTS score of 6;
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization abilities, excellent attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Having knowledge regarding Risk Management, Early Warning Signal of any kind of risks, (Strategic, Operational, Financial, and Compliance), Financial and Credit Risk Management, Business Continuity Plan or BCMS (general), etc.
• Solid experience and strong technical skills on financial risk management, financial modelling, and financial statement analysis.
