Production Manager

One of Bali’s handcrafted silver jewellery companies is searching for a Production Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate shall assume responsibility for the comprehensive management of jewellery production. You will need to be a motivated and adaptable individual to collaborate in expanding the enterprise, which primarily operates through online sales channels.

Requirements: 

- Open for local candidates
- Minimum one year experience working in jewellery production or a related industry.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software such as Google Sheets or Excel is recommended.
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet production deadlines.
- Detail oriented is crucial in ensuring product quality.
- Leadership skills and the ability to oversee production activities effectively. 
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to implement corrective actions to minimise disruptions to production workflows.

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring optimal utilisation of resources, and adhering to established quality standards throughout the production process.
- Oversee administrative functions integral to production activities such as documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- A conducive work environment characterised by teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect to optimise productivity and employee morale.
- Fostering a positive work environment, providing leadership and guidance to team members, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify areas for efficiency enhancement, implement process improvements, and leverage technology and best practices to optimise production efficiency and output.
