Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Production Manager

As Production Manager you will be responsible to plan, manage and control the production process to achieve the production volume target and ensure the production processes comply with TCCC requirement, Government regulation, and international standard. Make sure production operation is running smoothly with an uninterrupted process with high productivity, efficiency, and efficient cost.

Qualifications

  • 5 - 8 years of working experience in Manufacturing and having experience for 3 years Leading Team.
  • Having experience in FMCG or Beverage industry is preferable.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Chemical Engineering, Biology, food technology, pharmacy, industrial engineering, electrical and mechanical, or a related discipline, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Having knowledge of Lean Concept
  • Familiar with Food Safety Concept & implementation
  • Fluency in English

Total team no : 14-73

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage & ensure production planning is executed.
  • Control, monitor, and evaluate production order Completion, production process and performance.
  • Ensure and manager availability resource for the production process
  • Manage end to end production operation process effective and efficient
  • Overseeing handover product to inventory
  • Ensure all planned maintenance and autonomous maintenance are executed.
  • Making sure that the process and product meet the quality standard and inspection are conducted as per standard procedure.
  • Implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety
  • Conduct trial and process of validation for any New Product/Package Development
  • Responsible to Waste & Environment Management
