About the Project

Contract Package CP 205: Railway Systems from Bundaran HI to Kota, including Substation System, Overhead Contact System, Power Distribution System, Signalling System, Telecommunication System, Facility SCADA, Platform Screen Doors, modification to the existing equipment installed in the existing OCC at Lebak Bulus Depot (Phase 1) and the existing stations/train sets (Phase-1), and Track Work, including associated systems/subsystems for 3.800m (approx.) of twin tube tunnels, approx. 2.050m (approx.) of cut and cover tunnel structure, 7 underground stations together with 1 receiving sub-station and 2 traction sub-stations.

About the role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor cum AutoCAD Draughtsman for MRT CP205 Project

Responsibilities

1. The candidate should have the proficient knowledge to use AutoCAD, a computer-aided design (CAD) software, to create 2D and 3D drawings.
2. To measure item wise quantity from drawings and Preparation of BOQ.
3. Support the Planning and execution team in finalizing BOQ for Subcontractors or any Claim to the Employer and will report to Planning Manager.
4. Preparation of layout, drawings in AutoCAD taking inputs from Survey team as per the Employers requirements.
5. Submission of Design/drawing and discussion with the Engineer/ the Employer
6. Act as design co-ordinator and regularly interact with EDRC concerned team and maintain design log.
7. Assist Project Scheduler in preparing resource loaded program.

Location & Commitments

• Full-time Permanent Work
• 9AM to 6PM (WIB) 5 days/week
• Location-Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia

Candidate requirements

• Bachelors degree in civil/ quantity surveying, construction management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting, preferably in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with EDMS or similar Document management System
• In depth knowledge of AutoCAD Software
• Knowledge of Primavera Software will be added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of IT/ OneDrive/ server
• Experience working with AutoCAD and validating quantities from the given drawings
• Basic knowledge of railways drawings such as Trackwork, Electrical , OCS, Signalling etc
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel, MS Power Point
• Proficient typing and editing skills.
• Data organization skills
• Conversational to Business English and Indonesian Bahasa proficiency.
