Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
• Deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies relevant to the organization.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and engage top talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive recruitment strategies and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment metrics to track progress.
