Job Description
- Manage sellers through BD teams
- Initiate and maintain good communication and relationships with relevant sellers and BD teams
- Prepare, construct and provide product, price, and market insights based on Price & BD teams feedbacks and information, and data research that are relevant to factors that contribute into the metrics’ focus performance achievements
- Responsible for determining the right price point for the managed sellers’ products, in coordination with Price team
- Responsible for determining the campaigns, promos, discounts and incentives that are suitable for the managed sellers, in coordination with Marketing team
- Responsible for each managed sellers’ overall metrics focus performance, especially burn rate
- Continuously assertive and proactive in improving managed sellers’ performance through varieties of action plans
