• Menetapkan kebutuhan teknis customer.
• Menjelaskan informasi teknis yang kompleks kepada customer dengan cara yang mudah dimengerti.
• Melakukan penjualan semua produk dan Solusi IT Perusahaan.
• Memastikan bahwa target penjualan terpenuhi secara konsisten.
• Mencari prospek/peluang baru dan melakukan strategi follow up secara berkala untuk mencapai target penjualan.
• Melaporkan kepada manajemen tentang penjualan yang dilakukan.
• Membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan calon customer maupun existing customer.
• Menyusun proposal dan laporan yang berkaitan dengan teknis ataupun Software.

⛩️ Requirements

• Pendidikan minimal S1 IT/Management/Marketing/Lainnya
• Minimal 2 Tahun pengalaman sebagai Tech Sales/Business Development pada perusahaan IT Software Solution
• Memiliki relasi yang kuat pada sektor B2B dab B2G
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, serta negosiasi yang baik
• Memiliki kemampuan analisa data, riset, dan strategi
• Mampu berorientasi pada target
• Mahir dalam Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Bersedia status kontrak dan ditempatkan di Surabaya, Jawa Timur
