Job Description:

• Measure email, social media, blog, and paid ads campaign performance and utilize data to recommend optimizations.
• Present weekly/monthly (or as needed) findings to internal teams and leadership.
• Assist in executing and evangelizing email marketing program strategies including determining testing strategies, communicating business requirements, measuring results and managing overall process to drive and achieve incremental conversion.
• Communicate critical performance metrics including weekly, monthly and quarterly program performance as well as testing, subject line and heat map analysis to drive program optimization.
• Recommend new ideas and innovations to grow conversion while optimizing not only email Marketing but also overall existing Marketing campaigns (email, social media, blog, and paid ads campaign).
• Contribute strategic ideas to grow and personalize the Email program.
• Keep current with digital marketing industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role; prior email marketing experience is a plus.
• Applied analytics: proven business analytics skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable steps.
• Must have strong attention to details.
• Good understanding of Marketing email platforms such as Pardot, Mailchimps, and SendInBlue.
• Strong ability to collaborate and partner with cross-functional departments to execute strategy and influence change.
• Independence and proactivity: self-starter with demonstrated experience in leading and delivering impactful solutions to large business problems.
• Interpersonal and presentation skills: you are able to confidently communicate and present insights and recommendations to the Head of Marketing or senior management.
• Google Analytics, Power BI, Metabase and Salesforce Understanding of reporting benchmarks and digital best practices.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team structure; have sound judgment and analysis acumen.
