Digital Marketing Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Support digital outreach efforts, including social media management, website content management, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) to enhance client visibility and engagement.
• Assist in managing IT digital solution projects by facilitating effective communication, coordination, and collaboration among internal departments, vendors, and clients to ensure service excellence.
• Respond to client inquiries and service requests, manage administrative logistics and related documentation, monitor work progress, and conduct testing and quality checks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts throughout the project management cycle.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (HSK Level 5)
• Diploma or above in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, account servicing, or project coordination, preferably in digital advertising development or IT-related fields.
• Experience with SEO and SEM tools and strategies familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant digital marketing software and platforms.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and resourceful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and keenly interested in digital technology, and up-to-date with the latest digital media practices and trends.
