Description Responsible for business growth and achievement of sales objectives within targeted profitability at designated GT/MTI non-TOP area.Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities. Execute strict control of order taking- delivery- merchandising and consumer engagement at store level to match Picture of Success. Ensure full scope implementation of sales & distribution routines at designated area.Key contributor in implementation of Go to Market initiatives. Lead daily execution with distributor/ internal team and support change management for General Trade channel at designated area.Implement activities to support Kraft Heinz distribution management strategy standardized practices- follow standard sales process- control & monitoring- performance evaluation- system and organization capability development. Be daily point of contact from Kraft Heinz to distributor(s) for General Trade channel.Responsible for sales forecasts and supply chain synchronization within scope at designated area.Manage- develop and lead distributor team. Measure and drive team performance- engage distributors to grow and retain top talents.Ensure distributor financial compliance- provide regular reports and market/competitors monitoring at designated area.Market intelligence. Provides market insight- information and competitor activity in routine at designated area.Requirements :Bachelor’s Degree minimum- Master’s Degree an advantage.3-5 years minimum of exceptional work experience in GT Sales & DistributionSolid experience in leading & managing top-tier distributors.Experience in Go to Market strategy & distributor set-up is a bonus.Strong leadership capabilities & people performance management.Basic GT Sales & Distribution (trade segmentation- execution standards- retail dynamics- competitive playgrounds- distributor management- promo effectivenessRoute to Market knowledge & capabilitiesSufficient project management skillsStrong drive & high energy (get jobs done attitude)- hands on and pragmatic- independent & proactive.Strong analytical thinking & passionate for result with abundant passion & curiosity for learningComfortable working in changing environment - highly adaptable & high endurance.Willing to be placed in North Jakarta.Location(s)Menara Mandiri
