Education: University Graduate with on Technical Major

Working Experiences: More than 5 years in a similar position and similar field

Contract Employment: 6 Month extendable

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction project from planning to completion.
2. Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
3. Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
4. Supervise daily on-site operations and activities, ensuring work is executed according to plans and specifications.
5. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety and quality standards.
7. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.
8. Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for workers and subcontractors.
9. Investigate and report any accidents or incidents on-site, and implement corrective actions.
10. Ensure all work performed meets the company's quality standards and project specifications.
11. Address and resolve any issues or deficiencies identified during inspections.
12. Serve as the main point of contact between the project team, clients, and stakeholders.
13. Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including progress, challenges, and financial performance.
14. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and subcontractors.
15. Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, efficiently.
16. Ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
17. Optimize resource use to minimize waste and reduce costs.
18. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
19. Prepare and submit required documentation for regulatory compliance and project closeout.
