This position is critical for ensuring seamless sales operations and effective support to our sales team. We need your help to fill this position promptly.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create, manage, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports for both internal and external teams.</li> <li>Review and update all relevant documents and data as required.</li> <li>Serve as a communication bridge between the sales team and other related divisions.</li> <li>Maintain strong relationships with outsourcing partners and participate in the hiring process for the Sales Team.</li> <li>Monitor sales team performance and collaborate closely with the on-field sales team.</li></ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in handling outsourcing partners is an advantage.</li> <li>High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Prior experience as sales support is highly preferred.</li> <li>Proficient in working with data and possessing strong analytical skills.</li> <li>Mandarin language proficiency is a plus but not mandatory. Candidates must have proven English communication skills (both oral and written) and a background in sales.</li></ul>
