And motor races at Pertamina Mandalika International Street Circuit are just a few minutes’ drive away.Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities Customer relationsadvice and fostering customer loyaltyProvides a friendly and personalized welcome for guestsOffers attentive service and adapts to any constraints guests may haveHeeds any remarks made by guests and ensures follow-upEstablishes good relations with guests, offeringProfessional techniques / Productionprepares the point of sale and preparation areaswelcomes guests and provides professional serviceSitting the guest and provide happy farewellBefore every worksheet, prepare and identify any guest inhouse and reservationOrganizes his/her work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guestsEnsures all the guest are happy and satisfiedTeam management and cross-departmental responsibilitiesCommunicates and cooperates closely with the other departments (kitchens, bars, lobby, banquet etc)Commercial / SalesIs attentive to and respects guests' needsHelps increase customer loyalty through quality of serviceConveys an attitude in tune with the brand, contributing to the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant and dining roomsRecommends and promotes the F&B and bar offers.
