Department: Commercial Location: Indonesia Department: Commercial Location: Indonesia Job Description Team and Role Introduction: Responsibilities: As part of the team, you will play a crucial role on the strategy & planning to drive our Brands Marketing & Media plan in Lazada to drive their business performance -Develop the strategy & planning for the Media spend within Retail -Act as a marketing consultant to Brands and help them drive traffic to Lazada with best ROI -Internal consultant for our Commercial Buyers team in growing the Brands business in Lazada -On behalf of the Brands to manage their marketing spend efficiently in Lazada -Develop & Identify Monetization opportunities within Retail channel & category stores Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications(must have): -3+ years working experience in brand marketing/ digital marketing/ media sales -Experience in using Facebook tools, Google Analytics, Adwords will be a plus -Highly analytical and comfortable in analyzing complex and large-scale dataset -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively -Strong communication skills and team player with a growth mindsetRequirements/Qualifications(good to have): • Media agency or Ecommerce background is preferred
