Our client coming from Multinational Sanitary Manufacturing kitchen and bath company, they also specialize in , lighting, smart home, home energy. the are looking for Retail Sales Supervisor, with the following details below: Job Description: Manage the organization's sales by developing a business plan that includes sales, revenue, and expense control. Meet planned sales targets from designated distributors. Set individual sales targets and track sales targets and report results as required from designated distributors. Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team of designated distributors. Coordinate with marketing department on lead generation, programs, and promotions. Train and develop distributor sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. Liaise with BD team to ensure distributor sales growth and showroom penetration. Manage sales out and conduct specifications through retail designers and forward to designated distributors for follow-ups. Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing or a related field is typically required. Experience in Modern Trade Willing to have Business trip Experience Building material is a plus Experience in Retail Sales: Demonstrated experience in retail sales, preferably within the sanitary manufacturing industry or a related field. This includes experience in supervisory or leadership roles within a retail environment. Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of sanitary products, including understanding of different product categories, features, and applications. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is a plus. Sales Skills: Excellent sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and close sales. Experience in upselling and cross-selling products is beneficial. Customer Service Excellence: A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service to retail customers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport and resolving customer inquiries or concerns Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates. This includes providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure team members achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Inventory Management: Knowledge of inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Experience with inventory tracking systems is advantageous. Sales Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Ability to generate sales reports and provide insights to management. Marketing and Promotions: Collaboration with marketing teams to execute retail promotions, campaigns, and events.
