About you

You will be responsible for driving sales of the Elevator Modernization business. This role involves assessing client needs, preparing proposals, and collaborating with technical teams. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building client relationships and achieving sales targets. This position reports to the Section Manager of MOD & BEX for Indonesia.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all customers and develop good working relationships with new customers.

  • Site survey / visit to understand better for new design concept and technical solution proposal.

  • Developing technical solutions and preparing complex technical sales quotations and drawings for the end user in coordination.

  • Check the final order and sales contract with an initial quotation and clarify/solve any discrepancies.

  • Handle customer requests/questions about signed terms & conditions and check changes against the agreed bidding document, performance guarantee, / Bank guarantee.

  • Liaison with end users and consultants on technical solutions and technical specifications.

  • Managing project delivery right from received PO till delivery to site.

  • Achieving sales targets and implementing a sales excellence mindset.​

  • What You Will Need to Be Successful

  • A Bachelor's degree or related qualification in Engineering, Business Management, or Construction.

  • 3 years of lift industry experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Sales or Key Account Management.

  • Strong technical knowledge of the Building, Construction or Engineering industry.

  • Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.

  • Have good presentation skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with a wide variety of people with diverse backgrounds of all levels and disciplines.

  • Self-motivated individuals with a go-getter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
