Job Description
- Identify and target potential customers within the building materials industry.- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospects.- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, project owners, and other key stakeholders.- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.- Organize and participate in networking activities, trade shows, and industry events to expand professional network and enhance company visibility.- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve sales goals.- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.- Mentor and guide the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve collective sales targets.- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to sales representatives.
Job Requirement
・Minimum of an Associate Degree (D3) in any field.・At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the building materials industry.・Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.・Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).This job is no longer accepting applications.
