Accountant

Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team in Bali, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. They should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders. Job Description:
Prepare journal entries to accurately record financial transactions for both internal and client accounts using Xero accounting software
Ensuring our company’s and clients’ Xero accounting system is configured to Indonesian accounting standards and aligning with regional tax laws.
Reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies for both internal and client accounts
Maintain fixed asset records to track and manage company assets for both internal and client assets using specialized asset management software
Assist with month-end closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for both internal and client accounts
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide management and clients with financial information for decision-making Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, fresh graduates with internship experiences are welcome to apply.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Excellent analytical and organized skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Fluency in Indonesian and English
Experience with audit and assurance is highly regarded, but not essential. Software requirements:
Xero accounting software
Tax applications (E-SPT, E-Bupot, etc)
Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
