Job Responsibility Admin POD:

PT LF Services Indonesia is looking for Admin POD with job details and qualification below: Job Details:

• Withdrawing data on shipments through WMS / OTM on a daily basis.
• Receive return documents submitted by the transporter at the specified time (POD Leadtime).
• Perform daily update document receipt in WMS & OTM.
• Communicate with vendors regarding POD document that have not been received by Email or phone.
• Create daily report regarding POD status.
• Collect and manage POD document returned from vendors.
• Update daily Plus Minus and damage items form if any.
• Send Transmit POD to Customer via email or hardcopy to customer address.

Qualification:

• Min. SMA or Equivalent
• Have a min. 2 year of experience in Administration.
• Skilled in computer literature (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, etc).
• Have a good communication skill.
• Have a strong attention to detail.
