We are developing Bandung & Bali branch now and which is our 1st branch.
Branch Manager in Bandung or Bali will have whole responsibility for P/L and all activities in our Bandung or Bali branch including market research, team building, operating the branch etc. Key Responsibilities:
Develop Bandung team from scratch
Lead Bandung members to achieve targets
Make strategy for Bandung area
Report daily, weekly and monthly achievement to founders directly Qualifications:
Strong empathy for the business and mission of movus
More than 3 years experience in bank or leasing company as a head of division
More than 1 years experience to lead a team in Bandung area
Fluent English skill
Strong commitment, leadership and execution skill
