Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Area Sales Manager - Private , Diagnostics

The Position

Based in Surabaya/Central

Responsibilities:

Responsible for achieving team target and allocating targets and objectives for all Account Executive

Managing accounts in the designated territory/area and maintain relationship to key stakeholders in the account.

Plan, evaluate and identify new potential businesses and classify, analyze account within area and fostering relationship with the customer stakeholders

Execute the business and marketing plan that related in the designated territory/area

Adhere to sales excellence and standards for sales opportunities and activities management

To manage budget effectively, efficiently and in compliance way

Learning product and competitor knowledge

Proactively learning about hospital supply chain, payor logistics, access and market dynamic, tendering process

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor Degree from reputable university

Minimum 3-5 years experience in commercial department

Experience in diagnostic of medical devices

Possess thorough understanding of sales process demonstrated in good sales

track record

Possess capability in fostering relationship with various stakeholders

Demonstrated business acumen/entrepreneurship and responsible in finishing task

Able to converse and write in English

Good data analytic and area management
