Art Director

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our team! As an Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team of creative professionals, ensuring their success and growth. Your expertise in creating visually captivating displays for point of sales will help drive customer engagement and boost sales. You will also be responsible for concepting and developing innovative branding strategies that align with our company's vision and values. Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team to drive innovation and maintain a unified brand voice across all visual communications.
Nurture the creative team to uphold high standards of work and develop their skills.
Conceptualize and deliver compelling visual content for diverse channels, including social media, packaging, and promotional materials.
Oversee and approve all visual communication projects to ensure top production quality.
Develop creative briefs, manage project deliverables, and align them with business objectives.
Direct visual merchandising efforts across retail, e-commerce, and event channels.
Collaborate with marketing to devise campaigns, create graphics, and content, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Analyze market visual trends and create visual art that fulfills these trends and consumer needs.
Stay updated on industry design trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our creative work remains innovative and on the cutting edge. Required Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
Proven expertise in managing and leading creative teams, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire.
Exceptional skills in creating visually captivating displays for point of sales, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to develop effective strategies that align with business objectives.
Experience in assigning and overseeing projects, ensuring their successful completion within deadlines.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, DKV or equivalent experience.
