Job Responsibility Asisstant Store Manager:

JOB COMPETENCY

• Develops new procedures that can be used in the approach and treatment of guests now and in the future.
• Translates the interests and wishes of the guests into new concepts and processes that are aimed at adding value for the guests.
• Is continuously aware of the wishes and problems of the guests and as a result may adapt the Store’s/department’s strategy accordingly.

• Translates annual objectives from the operational plan into actual results for the various business units.

• Continuously strives to improve the quality of products and services by identifying opportunities and making improvement proposals.

• Willing to be based in I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport
• Can Speak in English fluently
• Willing to be placed at outlets in International Area
