Engaging in administrative tasks involves ensuring the completeness and tidiness of documents related to Import or Export activities.
Job Description:
Conducting checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of received documents, such as the Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading (BL), in the clearance process.
Preparing documents and other administrative tasks for the payment process of the Import Declaration (PIB).
Compiling documents and other administrative requirements for submitting permits to the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) and Quarantine, if necessary for the release of goods.
Distributing documents to the Customs Clearance Officer (PPJK) and providing a shipment plan from the port to the receiving warehouse.
Organizing and archiving documents related to import-export activities systematically, ensuring proper and secure storage of documents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economy, or related field with min. GPA 3.00
1-2 years experience in related field
Familiarity with document verification processes
Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures and import declaration (PIB) processes.
