Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Associate Sales Director (MarTech)

Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational AdTech (Programmatic) company looking for a Associate Director Sales position, highly preferable from a MarTech/AdTech company background. The job is to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia with a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities:

Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure of contracts with advertisers and agencies to run mobile advertising campaigns (App Retargeting and Programmatic UA) on our programmatic DSP platform.

Work closely with our global marketing team to boost our brand visibility and attend important events.

Feel confident leading our business development initiatives in your designated market sectors/locations.

Requirements:

Fluent in English.

You are a people person; deal hunting is your passion.

Comprehensive knowledge in app performance advertising and of the RTB environment.

Deep understanding of MMPs, SSPs, and other ecosystem players.

Advanced data interpretation and analytics skills to efficiently extract insights from large datasets on a regular basis.
